"Schuld war nur der Bossa Nova" was a smash hit in germany in 1963 performed by manuela. the bossa nova emerged primarily from the upscale beachside neighborhoods of rio de janeiro in brazil. and we were in rio, or rather in the hinterland of rio for hans, our great project.
