we went to Japan and visited okinawa. okinawa island is the largest of the okinawa islands and the ryukyu islands of japan in the kyushu region. it is the smallest and least populated of the five main islands of japan. okinawans are among the longest living peoples in the world. okinawans have less cancer, heart disease and dementia than residents in other parts of the world, while okinawan women live longer than anywhere else on earth.
